Privacy policy for Oddly

Oddly is developed by Thomas Upson. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Information stored on your device

Oddly stores app progress, preferences and other information needed for its features locally on your device. Thomas Upson does not operate an account system or collect this information on a private server unless explained below.

Purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Thomas Upson does not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide transaction information required to deliver purchases and handle refunds.

Advertising

Oddly can show interstitial adverts between suitable points in the experience. The app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Depending on your location and choices, Google and its partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, advertising interactions, diagnostics and consent choices.

See Google’s Privacy Policy and its information for apps using Google services.

Your advertising choices

Where required, Oddly displays Google’s consent message before adverts are requested. You can consent, decline or manage individual options. Advertising privacy choices are available in the app where required.

Children

Oddly is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated if Oddly’s features or providers change. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
