Privacy policy for Orchard Drop
Orchard Drop is developed by Thomas Upson. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Information stored on your device
Orchard Drop stores the active game, personal best, finished-game count and settings locally on your device. Thomas Upson does not operate a player-account server or collect this gameplay information on a private server.
Game Center, worldwide scores and cloud saves
If you sign in to Apple Game Center, Orchard Drop submits your best score to a worldwide leaderboard under your Game Center identity. With iCloud Drive enabled, it also uses Apple's Game Center saved-game service to sync the active run, best score and finished-game count between your devices. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Purchases
The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit. Thomas Upson does not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide transaction information required to deliver the purchase, restore it on another device and handle refunds.
Advertising
Orchard Drop may show a banner on a non-gameplay screen and may consider one interstitial after every fifth finished game, with a minimum eight-minute gap. Ads never interrupt an active game. The app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. Depending on your location and choices, Google and its partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, advertising interactions, diagnostics and consent choices.

Your choices
Where required, Orchard Drop displays Google's consent message before adverts are requested. You can consent, decline or manage individual options, and can revisit advertising privacy choices in Settings where required. A £0.99 non-consumable purchase removes banner and automatic interstitial adverts.
Children
Orchard Drop is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
